The present 1849 brick church occupies the site of earlier Fredericksburg parish buildings and remains an active Episcopal congregation. Its Gothic Revival sanctuary, tower, furnishings, memorials, churchyard, and urban setting are preserved, while worship and visitor access follow congregational policies.
