The memorial park is at Songyuan Road, not Soong’s former residence. The park guidance says groups of 20 or more must reserve one week ahead; special exhibitions may charge.
Grounds are open daily 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. with last entry at 4:30 p.m.; free same-day admission requires valid identification. Indoor venues have separate rules.

About Soong Ching-ling Memorial Park
Soong Ching-ling’s tomb is the central protected memorial of the Soong Ching-ling Memorial Park in Shanghai.
The official memorial-park administration manages the tomb, educational museum and grounds.
History happened here at Soong Ching-ling Memorial Park
Soong died in 1981 and her ashes were interred in the family burial area.
The memorial park was established in 1984 on the grounds of the former International Cemetery.
