This adobe church served the small farming community of Ruidosa, Texas, along the Rio Grande in Presidio County, built in the early twentieth century as a Catholic place of worship. Local families gathered here for Mass, baptisms, and other religious observances central to rural border life. It anchored the spiritual life of a remote agricultural settlement for decades.
