About Niha Temples, Beqaa Valley
Roman-era communities in the Beqaa Valley built the temples at Niha between the first and third centuries CE, dedicating them to local deities including Hadaranes, worshipped alongside the gods of nearby Baalbek. The complex combined a large and a small temple within a walled sanctuary. It served the surrounding villages as a regional religious center.
