About Kenneth Lewis Anderson

Kenneth Lewis Anderson was a nineteenth century Texas jurist and politician who served as a district judge and Speaker of the House in the Republic of Texas's Sixth Congress. He became the Republic's last vice president before his death in 1845. The town of Fanthorp, in Grimes County, was renamed Anderson in his honor.
