About Annie Riggs Hotel
The Annie Riggs Hotel was built in 1900 as Fort Stockton's first hotel of significance. Constructed of adobe with gingerbread trim, it offered guests verandas, a dining room, parlors, and guest rooms. It served travelers and residents of Fort Stockton as the town's leading hotel in the early twentieth century.
