Thomas Mason (d. by 1711) was a Norfolk County planter and justice who sat in Virginia’s House of Burgesses in 1696–1697. Son of Colonel Lemuel Mason and Anne Seawell, he inherited local property and married Elizabeth, who later married Richard Sanderson. His will, made in January 1710/11 and recorded in June 1711, identifies their children and bounds his death. A family tree proposes birth in 1658, but no birth record establishes it.

He was the son of Colonel Lemuel Mason and Anne Seawell, daughter of burgess Henry Seawell. His brothers included George Mason and Lemuel Mason Jr. He inherited land from his father in the Norfolk area.
