EARLY LIFE

CAREER

DEATH

Mary Ann Dent Longstreet died in 1855, apparently in Macon, Mississippi, where her family had relocated. A secondary genealogy gives September 14, but a contemporary death record and a confirmed grave were not found. Earlier attribution to Somerville Cemetery appears to confuse her former Alabama residence with her burial site.
