Judith Carter Page, born in 1695, was a daughter of Robert Carter and Judith Armistead and the second wife of Mann Page of Rosewell, Virginia. They married around 1717–1718, and their children included Mann, John and Robert Page. A portrait attributed to John Wollaston is traditionally called Judith, but the Smithsonian treats that sitter identification as possible. Her death year remains uncertain: about 1750 or 1758 in some accounts, unknown in an older Page genealogy.

Judith Carter married Mann Page of Rosewell in 1718 and is documented in Carter and Page family accounts and portrait records. No reliable evidence of a separate occupation, professional career, or public office was found in the reviewed material. Her family connections alone do not establish such a role.
